This combo class will have you adding gears 40-45 minutes to some powerful, motivating and inspirational songs all for an amazing, fun cardio workout!
Then 10-15 minutes off the bike for some strength training for those amazing strong arms.

This will be a spin & Tabata combo class. 30 fun minutes on the bike followed by 30 minutes of Tabatas! This will be a great one! It will be a total
body workout that will incorporate strength training, cardio, core work and flexibility. Tabatas will challenge your entire body with high intensity,
short duration exercises. This is the workout that experts have been raving about… The burst of intense work will torch calories and strengthen
your entire body! This class may leave you drenched in sweat, yet inspired to come back for more.

This is a 60 minute combo class which couples a 45 minute fat burning, High energy, Fun ride with 15 minutes of core exercises for the perfect abs.

each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both,
this class will provide what you are looking for. A 4 minute tabata workout can reap the same benefits as a longer but steady workout, like running
